There are many times that I just do not feel like getting out of bed in the morning. A lot of people feel this way, especially if they are not eating healthy and getting the proper amount of sleep. Until recently I thought it was because of not being very active as my job calls for me to sit at a desk all day long and then once I am home, it is cooking, cleaning, baths, and bed.
